You will receive 20 double sided sheets (enough for 20 weeks). These inserts are undated and printed on 100gsm paper which is thick enough to withstand most pens and inks without bleeding or shadow-through.

I like that it gives you an overall impression of the day, but I feel it could be broken down further to summarise how you've felt in the morning, in the afternoon and overnight so that you can pinpoint particular activities or times of day that are aggravating pain levels.
