I use these every day they have the right amount of space to put in the important information! It gets in everything you need BUT is not like every day you are writing an essay. Perfect and super helpful!
I like that it gives you an overall impression of the day, but I feel it could be broken down further to summarise how you've felt in the morning, in the afternoon and overnight so that you can pinpoint particular activities or times of day that are aggravating pain levels. Could also include a mental wellbeing scale for point of reference.
