Keep track of the days of the month you are well behaved - whether it's for no spend, no junk food, or doing exercise or another good habit.

A clever way to track your habits and behaviour on a monthly basis.

You will receive 12 x single sided monthly tracker inserts. They are printed on silky smooth 100gsm paper which is thick and fountain pen friendly.

Each sheet contains room for 31 days, simply cross out or cover the extra days for months which have fewer than 31 days.

Choose header at checkout:

  • or text of your choosing.

The space to record how many successful days will have the text changed to reflect the heading. All pages must have the same header, you cannot choose a combination.

Pages are A5 size and will fit large Kikki K planners, filofaxes or other A5 size planners (eg. Webster's Pages, Carpe Diem, etc)

Pages will come punched with 6 holes as standard. If you want them unpunched or ARC punched, leave a note at checkout.
